Bayo is the CEO and Managing Director of RMB Nigeria, appointed in January 2024. He brings over 24 years' experience in financial services across banking operations, financial management, taxation, compliance, and performance management. Prior to this, he served as Executive Director and CFO at RMB Nigeria from 2018, where he led strategic financial operations and ensured regulatory compliance. His career began in banking operations at Standard Trust Bank and Lead Bank Plc, before transitioning to finance roles at Citibank Nigeria and Citibank Cameroon, where he served as CFO and upheld financial integrity across jurisdictions. Bayo holds a BSc. in Chemical Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University and is a Fellow of ICAN and ACCA UK.
