Omolola Oladele serves as the Finance Manager and Head of Finance at RMB Nigeria Asset Management Limited bringing over a decade of expertise in the financial services industry and professional service industry. She is a certified finance professional with a robust background encompassing asset management, financial reporting, financial planning, auditing, and taxation. Her experience reflects a deep understanding of financial operations and strategic leadership across diverse sectors.
Omolola began her career in the professional services industry, where she led audit engagements for major clients including micro finance banks, delivered comprehensive accounting services, and managed various tax audits on behalf of clients. She subsequently held the role of Reporting Accountant and Team Lead for Fund Accounting at Investment One Financial Services, where she served for four years. Following this, she spent another four years as Financial Controller and Head of Fund Accounting at FSDH Asset Management Limited, overseeing financial reporting, financial planning and fund management activities.
Omolola holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Benin (UNIBEN). She is also a Qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Accounting Technician Scheme West Africa (ATSWA).
